Custom Orders

We 3D-scan real faces and bodies, then carve them into wood. Busts are the heart of our custom work — but we also make sinks to your dimensions, wall panels sized to your wall, and furniture adapted to your space.

How it works

1. Share — send us your 3D scan file (smartphone apps like Scaniverse work well) or your dimensions and preferences
2. Design — you receive technical drawings for approval
3. Program — robot simulation and motion programming: every cut, every angle, to the millimeter
4. Carve & approve — robotic machining and hand finishing; we share final photos before shipping
5. Receive — fully insured worldwide delivery, all customs duties paid

Beyond busts

Through our fabrication studio HDS Works we also take on larger commissions: site-specific wall panels and architectural decoration, carved furniture parts for designers and brands, and full project-based builds — from a single element to an entire space. If your idea pushes the boundaries of what wood can do, we want to hear it.

Production time: 7–10 business days for standard pieces; complex sculptures vary — ask us for an estimate. We reply within 24 hours.
