Cancellations

You can cancel any order free of charge before it has shipped. For made-to-order pieces, you can cancel until carving begins — we confirm that date with you before we start.

Stock pieces

If a piece isn't right for your space, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns travel in the original packing; once the piece is back with us, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the buyer's responsibility — if the piece arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, every cost is ours.

Custom and personalized pieces

3D-scan busts, custom-dimension sinks and made-to-measure panels are carved for one person — they cannot be returned except for defects.

What counts as a defect

Wood is a living material. Minor surface cracks up to 1–2 cm, visible grain and knots may develop or become more pronounced over time — they are the character of solid wood, not defects. An actual issue — warping on a waterproofed sink, structural cracking, a failed finish — is on us: contact us and we will repair, replace or refund.
