Shipping policy

Where we ship

Worldwide. Every piece ships via FedEx, DHL or UPS with full-value insurance, and you receive a tracking number the day it leaves the atelier.

Timing

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces — sinks, custom sculptures, wall panels — have a 7–10 business day production time before dispatch; we share final photos for your approval before anything ships. Delivery after dispatch typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your region.

Customs and import fees

All customs duties and import fees are paid by us. The price you see at checkout is the full price — there are no extra costs at delivery.

Packing

Sculptural pieces travel in protective crates built for the piece. Corners, edges and finished surfaces are padded individually.

If something arrives damaged

Please inspect the package on delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the piece and the packaging. Every shipment is insured for its full value — we will repair, replace or refund, and we handle the claim ourselves.
