Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from HDS Decoration. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Each stock piece is one of a kind and sold once; in the rare case of a double sale or a listing error, we will contact you immediately and refund in full.

Made to order

Custom pieces are produced to the drawings you approve. Production timelines are estimates communicated per piece; we share final photos for approval before shipping.

Prices

Prices are shown at checkout including applicable taxes. Shipping is free and all customs duties are paid by us, as described in our shipping policy.

Our work

Designs, product photography and text on this store are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Reproduction of a person's likeness (3D-scan busts) is made only with that person's consent, which you confirm when placing the order.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your country.
