Our nod to yakisugi, the Japanese tradition of blackened cedar. The table is carved from a single piece of solid cedar — robot-shaped, hand-finished, the surface blackened so the texture of the wood reads in relief.
The fluted body narrows like a trunk. Cedar’s resins let it serve outdoors as well as in.

Care
Care
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. Re-oil once or twice a year to keep the surface nourished. Wood is a living material — minor surface cracks of 1–2 cm are a natural characteristic, not a defect.
